🌱 The Chair Rock Exercise
This is a tiny movement you can do while sitting down.
How to do it:
Sit on a chair with your feet on the floor
Sit nice and tall like a string is pulling your head up
Slowly rock your tummy forward a little
Then rock your tummy back a little
Go slow, like you’re rocking on a gentle boat
How long?
Rock forward and back 5 times
Breathe slowly and stay relaxed
What to remember:
Move small, not big
Stay comfy the whole time
Stop if you don’t feel like doing more
